The Ministry of Economic Development explained that to consider essential terms of the contract

It is necessary to carry those terms of the contract which are specified in Art. 34 of the Law N 44-FL to the essential (about responsibility of the customer and supplier for non-execution of obligations, etc.).

Besides, the contract depending on a look (in a row, purchase and sale) has to conform to requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. For example, (in a row) it is necessary to include the description of work and its result in the contract for performance of work. This conclusion is drawn according to provisions of the law N 44-FL that the legislation on contract system is based, in particular, on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
