Additional requirements to purchase of works on determination of cadastral cost are established

The specified works are included in the list of works which only the contractors having a necessary skill level can execute.

The customer will be obliged to establish additional requirements, buying these works by carrying out competition with limited participation. The condition according to which the participant has to pass the state registration not less than in seven years prior to date of application concerns to them, for example. The documents confirming compliance of participants to these requirements, in particular an extract from EGRYuL are also specified. 

The considered changes of the Government resolution come into force on January 3.
