The customer will have the right to change essential terms of the contract and in 2016

Action of provisions of the law N 44-FL by which the customer is granted the right to change essential terms of the contract in the order established by the Government is offered to prolong for 2016.

Besides, in the project prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development together with FAS and the Ministry of Finance it is provided that the Government will have the right to define cases and conditions when the customer can not establish the requirement about ensuring performance of the contract and in 2016. Now action of the Law N 44-FL in this part extends only for 2015.
