If the term of carrying out request of quotations is prolonged, it is impossible to submit the rejected application repeatedly

In a case when the request of quotations is recognized cancelled because all submitted applications are rejected p.2 Art.79 of the Law N 44-FL), and the customer prolongs the term of their giving, participants have no right to submit the application once again.

The conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is based on p.4 Art.78 of the Law N 44-FL according to which the customer is obliged to reject all demands of the participant if that submitted two applications and more.
