The plan is placed the empty in the absence of purchases of innovative production under the Law N 223-FL

When the customer who is carrying out purchases on the basis of the Law N 223-FL, doesn't buy innovative, hi-tech production and medicines ecause of specifics of activity, he has to publish on the official website the plan of purchase of such goods the empty.

The conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is based on the following. The law N 223-FL provides need to place this plan (p. 3 Art. 4), however doesn't oblige to buy innovative, hi-tech production and medicines.
