Rules by which requirements to the bought goods are established are introduced

Within provisions of the Law N 44-FL about rationing the Government approved the general rules according to which requirements to the bought goods (to works, services), and similar rules for government bodies, the state off-budget funds of the Russian Federation and establishments subordinated to them will be defined.

In rules it is provided that when purchasing at the federal level it is necessary to make departmental and obligatory inventories (works, services). Specify the consumer properties and other characteristics influencing the price of objects of purchases in the first. Second list more detailed: it not only reflects consumer properties of goods (works of services), but also differentiates requirements to them including depending on the employee's position. For example, the cell phone of the head of federal authority has to cost no more than 15 thousand rubles, and the specialist of this body - no more than 5 thousand rubles.

The considered rules come into force on January 1, 2016, except for separate provisions.
