Information on the participant can be provided and in the first part of the demand

If such information contains in the first part of the demand, it isn't the basis for discharge of the participant of electronic auction.
We will remind that provisions of the Law N 44-FL provided need to specify information on the participant of auction, including its name and the location, only in the second part of the demand.
