Justification of the initial (maximum) price of the contract needs to be included in documentation

Conclusion applies to the contracts signed according to the Law N 223-FL and it is based on provisions of the item of 5 h. 10th Art. 4 of this Law.

This norm provided a duty of the customer to bring in documentation of data on the initial (maximum) price of the contract or a lot.

In the Law it isn't specified that it is necessary to understand as such data. Considering an explanation of the Ministry of Economic Development, it is possible to draw a conclusion that it is necessary to refer to information on the initial (maximum) price of the contract also its justification
