To specify two countries of goods' origin in the demand it is inadmissible

The antimonopoly authority recognized lawful actions of the customer who refused the admission to participation in electronic auction as in the demand two countries of origin of one goods were specified.

The participant explained that has the goods necessary for the customer made in the different countries in a warehouse. The OFAS noted that the imperative requirement set in p. 1 of part 3 of art. 66 of the Law N 44-FL according to which it is necessary to specify only one country of goods' origin.
