23 September 2015, Wednesday

Such conclusion can be drawn from provisions p.1 Art. 94 of the Law N 44-FL where it is specified that performance of the contract includes a number of actions which need to be made after its conclusion (acceptance of the put goods and other actions).

This explanation is addressed to customers who determine date of performance of obligations in the contract. If it comes earlier, than will expire term for signing of the contract, it is expedient to customer to postpone purchase execution date.
