Russian Armed Forces: it is necessary to specify an INN in the demand not only founders of the legal person, but also its participants

By consideration of the appeal of Russian Armed Forces noted: the antimonopoly authority illegally considered the customer violated provisions of the Law N 44-FL when that recognized the demand not corresponding to this Law because in it there was no INN of the participant of the legal person.

The requirement to specify in the demand of an INN of founders of the participant of purchase (part the 5th Art. 66 of the Law N 44-FL) equally concerns to founders and participants of the legal person. It is directed on providing transparency of purchases and to prevent unfair behavior.
