Attention to the Customers working under the Law N 223-FZ!

In 2014-2015 the FAS of Russia is carried out the analysis of practice of application by big customers of provisions of the law about purchases, including at the statement by them regulations on purchase.

By results of the carried-out analysis, in order to achieve of the tasks provided by the Law on purchases, and also prevention of violations of provisions of the Law on purchases and the Federal law of 26.07.2006 N. 135 – Federal Law "About Protection of the Competition", the FAS of Russia is developed the Standard of implementation of purchasing activity of separate types of legal entities (Further – the Standard).

The standard includes offers on optimization and unification of purchasing activity of separate types of legal entities, directed on uniformity application of the Law on purchases, increase of openness and transparency of purchases, and also on increase in number of participants of purchases, including subjects of small and average business.
