If the details of the contract are not included in the registry the report about execution is not necessary to place

A complete list of cases where such information is not entered in the register of contracts is given in part 1 article 103 The Law N 44-FL. According to Ministry of Economic Development, in these situations, the customer is not required  the report about execution of the contract (its separate stages)to be placed on the official website.

This applies, in particular, the contracts concluded with a single supplier, if the amount of the purchase is not more than 100 or 400 thousand. Rub. (n. 4, 5, Part 1 of Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ).
