Auction to raise: the contract is after making the payment on the customer account

Under the fee is meant proposed participant price for the right to sign a contract (p. 12 Art. 70 of Law N 44-FL).

In addition of bringing this amount before conclusion of a contract participant must provide security for its performance, which is calculated on the basis of the initial maximum price contract specified in the notice of the auction.

If the offer price of the contract amounted to half a percent or less the initial maximum price contract, the electronic auction will be held to increase (p. 23, art. 68 of Law N 44-FL).
