Requirements for the bank guarantee may be included in the law N 223-FL

The establishment of such requirements provided bill prepared by the Economic Development Ministry of Russia.

According to one of this provisions, customers can only accept bank guarantees issued by banks, which are incorporated under Art. 74.1 of the Russian Federation Tax Code list.

Now the law N 223-FL does not contain any requirements regarding maintenance. In this regard, the provisions of the purchase, customers can independently determine the types and procedures for application and execution of contracts.
