Unitary Enterprise will carry out all purchases in the budget according to the Law N 44-FL

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development proposes such amendments to the Law N 44-FL. In case the project will enter into force in 2017.

Now to procurement unitary enterprises, who are subject to the provisions of Law N 44-FL, include, in particular, purchases from the funds received from the budget system of the Russian Federation for capital investments in the objects of state or municipal property (Art. 4, Art. 15 Law 44-FL).
