The purchase of foreign goods will need to justify

Justification in unified information system inability to comply with the prohibition or restriction on the admission of goods from foreign countries is planned to be necessary.

The circumstances under which foreign products can be delivered, provided acts that contain lists of prohibited and restricted admission of goods. Thus, the prohibition on the admission of light industry goods from foreign countries does not apply if the goods are not produced in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan (p. 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 11.08.2014 N 791).
