The winner may reduce the price of the drugs in the contract

Reducing permissible if the prices of medicines in the draft contract which is located winner in the unified information system does not correspond to the maximum selling price.
Asking price can be reduced to the level of value-added tax registered in the public register of limiting ex-works prices for medicines.
