A report about the execution of the contract is placed after each receipt and payment

This obligation of the customer is retained even if the contract does not provide for its gradual execution, but delivery and payment are made regularly.
This explanation of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development has confirmed the approach to determining the stage of execution made by other departments (Letter from the Russian Ministry of Economic Development 27.05.2015 N D28i-1349).
The results of a separate phase of the contract, information about the delivered goods (works, services) are stated in the report on the execution of the contract according to the hour. 9 Art. 94 of the Law N 44-FL.
