The contract with a single supplier till 100 thousand rubles can be concluded verbally

This conclusion is based on an analysis of part 15 Art. 34 of the Federal Law dated 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. Approve the contract conclusion may be cash receipt, obtained by the payment in cash of the delivered goods (works, services).
