Deadline should not be extend ending in the day off

The customer found that the date of the deadline for submission of participation applications for in the auction is a non-working day. The competition authority found the actions of the customer's legitimate. The applicant with the decision disagreed and appealed to the court.

The Court recognized the validity of the FAS decision. Customer comply with the requirements of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. According to them, it does not provide the ability to change deadlines, depending on whether the last day of the deadline inoperative.

The applicant referred to Art. 193 of the Russian Federation State Code. The Court rejected this argument, since access to the electronic platform provided at any convenient time for the participants, including the weekend (holiday) days.
