Having considered the appeal that acted on the issue about implementation of any other paid work, the Department of State policy in the sphere of state and municipal service, anti-corruption of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation within the Russian Ministry of Labor Letters from 29.04.2015 years №18-0 / B-222 «About the issue of implementation of a state servant other paid work» indicates that, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 14 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 №79-FL «About State Civil Service of the Russian Federation» civil servant is entitled to advance notice representative of the employer to carry out other paid work if it does not entail a conflict of interest.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the provision of services for the reception of tour operators, journalists, bloggers and other guests in the Republic of Tatarstan. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism. The initial (maximum) contract price is 2.17 million rubles.
