In order to implement paragraph "b" of item 1 of the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2014 - 2015 approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 11, 2014 №226 «About the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2014 – 2015» in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 1 Article 93 of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 44-FL «About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs» federal state educational institution of higher professional education «Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation» is the single executor by the federal public authorities in 2015 for procurement of services to improve the skills of federal public servants (before 1500), in which the duties include participation in the fight against corruption, in more professional program «Functions of personnel services divisions of federal government agencies for the prevention of corruption and other offenses "of 54 hours.
