Ensuring of the contract is proposed to reduce at every stage of its implementation

Under the bill the Russian Finance Ministry a contract that provides for the individual stages of execution, should include the condition of the recalculation the enforcement contract size.

The recalculation will be based on the amount of payment for delivered goods (works, services). The initiator of the allocation can be both customer and supplier (contractor, executor).

If the enforcement of a contract provided a bank guarantee, the customer may provide recalculated. In this case the reduction in the size of the guarantor obligations. If the enforcement of a contract providing money, suggest a change in its size can supplier (contractor, executor). In this situation, it returns a part of the security provided.
