Appraisal of property services are excluded from the auction list

On April 25, 2015 the amendments made to the list of goods (works, services), in the case of procurement of which the customer is obliged to hold an auction in electronic form (app. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.10.2013 N 2019-p). These amendments are made by order of the Government of the Russian Federation 25.04.2015 N 740-p. Now, the real estate valuation services can be purchased not only through electronic auction, but in other ways, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.

Recall that to the mentioned services include evaluation of residential and non-residential buildings, land and free land for residential and non-residential buildings.
