The State Council decided to support SMEs public procurement

At a meeting of the State Council, which was held on April 7, the Minister of Economic Development and A. Ulyukayev told about the new measures to ensure the access of small and medium-sized enterprises to the state order.

Since July this year, is scheduled to begin practice of quoting orders for works and services for small businesses to public companies, state-owned companies and public corporations. It establishes a direct 10 per cent quota, and more, plus 8 per cent quota indirectly through subcontractors for these enterprises.
