Planned to oblige the customer to justify the impossibility of purchases of domestic goods

The federal law from 05.04.2013 N 44-FL following changes are proposed. Customers will be required to be placed in the unified information system (the official site) justification as to why it is impossible or impractical to comply in respect of the object of procurement restrictions (limitations).
Such changes are envisaged in the draft Federal Law N 764677-6, which is before the State Duma.
