The documentation should include a statement of consent to the processing of personal data

The customers, who procuring entities on the basis of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 N 223-FL, must install the documentation provision of consent to the processing of personal data. This recommendation is based on the norms of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FL and concerns cases where a party purchases may be a natural person.
