Representatives of the supervisory authorities and the banking sector exchanged views about measures to improve the contract system

April 15, 2015 in the Association of Russian Banks held a meeting of representatives of credit institutions and public authorities. The main topic was the proposal to amend the law on the contract system. The position of the antimonopoly authority represented head of the control of public procurement, FAS Russia Tatiana Demidova.

In particular, discussed the practice of 44-FZ to provide bank guarantees for performance of the contract.
