The subject of procurement may be attorney

This conclusion follows from the decision of the Tenth Arbitration Appeal Court of 11.03.2015 N 10AP-17884/2014 in the case N A41-53748 / 14.

The winner of the procurement was recognized by the Company, to participate in it on the basis of the assignment of the principal (the University). Loser participant challenged contracted. He referred to the fact that the winner can only be party to personally rendering services to be procured. It was also noted that the winner is no license required to provide services.
