The procedure for the use of bank guarantees for the purposes of public procurement

In order to implement the Federal Law of 31.12.2014 N 498-FL amended the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "About the bank guarantees used for the purposes of the Federal Law" About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs ", which in particular:

list of documents submitted by the customer to the bank at the same time demanding the implementation of the payment of money amount by a bank guarantee, supplemented by calculating the amount to be included in the requirement for a bank guarantee;

terms of Reference and refined accommodation in a unified information system in the procurement registry bank guarantees approved by this decree;

approved the Formation Rules and maintenance of the record of bank guarantees, which shall govern the formation and maintenance of the record of bank guarantees given as security applications or contracts.
