Information about the amendment or termination of the contract including on the official site

As pointed out by the Federal Treasury, despite the absence of a special legislative procedure for the placement on the official website (zakupki.gov.ru) information about the amendment or termination of the contract, such an arrangement is acceptable. The corresponding feature is implemented in the form of inclusion of this information in the registry contracts.

The Office notes that the placement is carried out within one business day following the date of the change or cancellation of the contract (Art. 26, Art. 95 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL), in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Decree of 28.11.2013 N 1084.
