The 223-FL seminar for suppliers will be held on May,18

State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan " with the support of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on May,18  seminar for suppliers about "Participation in the procurement of goods, works and services for the 223-FL".

The seminar program includes consideration of the following topics:

- Legal and regulatory framework in the area of ​​procurement of goods, works and services of certain kinds of legal entities, the order of participation in the procurement in accordance with the 223-FL;

- Ways of placing the procurement of goods, works and services of certain kinds of legal entities; especially the involvement in procurement in electronic form;

- Basic requirements for Procurement participants 223-FL, recommendations;

- The essential terms of the contract; conclusion, change, performance and termination of the contract;

- Control over the observance of 223-FL, Federal Law of 26.07.2006 № 135-FL "About Protection of Competition"; the basic requirements and the practice of control; administrative offenses and penalties for violation of legislation in the sphere of application of 223-FL;

- The jurisprudence relating to the application 223-FL.
