Information may be included in the register of contracts, even if the information is not in the purchase of the Union Information System

The customer can set the position on the purchase of a rule that he does not place in the Union Information System (the official website) information about the purchase when its value does not exceed, in particular, 100 thousand. Rub. (ch. 15, art. 4 of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 N 223-FL).

However, according to the explanations of the Russian Finance Ministry, if the contract entered into as a result of this purchase, the customer will generate relevant information and documents to be included in the register of contracts, the Federal Treasury reflect this information in the registry.
