Execution of long-term contract possible with additional agreement

According to the Russian Finance Ministry explanations about obligations under contracts that are entered before 1st of January 2015 but payable in 2016 and (or) 2017 may be performed if there are additional agreements about the terms of execution such contracts after the end of 2015

In these additional agreements Finance Ministry recommends that the suspensory condition since 2016 the supplier (contractor; hereinafter - provider) takes commitment, payment of which will be implemented in 2016 and subsequent years, only after receiving notification from the customer in writing form of communicating the appropriate financing to pay for the contract, without changing its terms.
