Term purchases may be limited to single supplier due an accident

Legally enforceable provision on the right of the customer to sign a contract with a single supplier for the purchase of certain goods (works, services), for example, due to an accident or other emergency situations of natural or man-made (p. 9 hours. 1, Art. 93 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL) is proposed to add.

In particular, it is planned to establish that the customer shall be entitled to purchase in this case between the harmful effect of the source of emergency, and within 25 days from the date of its completion. In this case, the subject of procurement should not be included in the list of goods (works, services) that are required for the provision of humanitarian assistance or disaster relief.
