Proposed to facilitate the access of goods from the Eurasian Economic Union to procurement

Actually planned equate goods produced in the territory of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, which includes the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia, to domestic products.

This conclusion is based on the fact that the ban on the admission of foreign products to the procurement for the needs of national defense and security of the state will not act in this case. Items included in the list of goods whose production is not on the territory of the Russian Federation, are not produced in the Eurasian Economic Union. Recall that at the present time such a ban does not apply only if the purchased goods are not produced in Russia.

In addition, it is proposed to establish the validity of conclusions about the absence of production of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation of one year. Now this term is not defined.
