Proposed to repeal the anti-dumping measures on certain types of purchases

Recall that at the present time in the event of a tender or auction for the supply of these goods (food, medicines, fuel) participant offered the contract price by 25 percent or more below the initial maximum price contract, you must provide a justification for the price. In this capacity may be made, for example, documents confirming the presence of the goods at the participant purchases.
