Requirements for participants are invited to enhance procurement

Requirements for participants of purchases on the absence of arrears, including taxes and duties enshrined in n. 5 h .1 Art. 31 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL, it is proposed to expand. It is planned that this provision will also include the requirement of no debt on insurance premiums in the state budget funds of the Russian Federation.
