Requirements about procurement standardization can be establish till January 1, 2016

According to the Russian Finance Ministry, the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation or local authorities may enter duty to standardization in the field of procurement to January 1, 2016 for such a decision must:

- Create the appropriate regional and municipal information systems in the field of procurement;

- To approve the requirements of the authorities of the Russian Federation subject to the definition of regulatory costs on the basis of Russian Government Decree of 13.10.2014 N 1047.

Furthermore, according to the position of Office if the authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation has adopted the Act about standardizing procurement, they can do the following:

- Does not give effect to the provisions of this Act, to postpone its entry into force on January 1, 2016 .;

- Early to enter the document into action and to ensure that the chief administrator of the budget of the Russian Federation subject of his acts.
