Draft order about changes essential terms of the contract in 2015

The draft order procedure is planned to apply only to those contracts, the execution of which lasts more than six months, completed in 2015 and due to circumstances beyond of the parties is not possible without changing the essential conditions. The change in these conditions shall be permitted only in cases established by the project (for example, if the subject of the contract is the reconstruction of capital construction) by executing the parties additional agreement provided for them in the order within the scope of financial support, led to a customer in 2015
