Unified Information System (UIS) in procurement should be put into operation no later than January 1, 2016 on the basis of acceptance tests, confirming the system is ready for operation. On this said Ivan Anokhin, the representative of the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development, responsible for the development of e-procurement system, at today's National Forum of suppliers of public and commercial procurement.
For acceptance of works on creation of the UIS in the procurement before May 1 of this year will be formed a special interdepartmental commission.
"The launch of the Unified Information System is scheduled for January 1, 2016, is also expected to launch a number of subsystem modules. Recent innovations will be launched in 2016, when the start coding purchases using an identification code and a unified information system will provide automatic control of information placed in it" - says Ivan Anokhin.
According to him, planned to launch a catalog of goods and services, which will greatly facilitate life as regulators and providers, who will be able to analyze the information coming from both sides.
He also recalled that last week the State Duma considered the first reading of a bill to expand the list of electronic means of selecting suppliers (contractors, performers) for the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.
