Requirement of evidence SRO for admission to specific types of work are lawful

According to the position of Economic Development of Russia in the implementation of procurement construction (repair) work on capital construction customer is entitled to provide the following requirement. Member must be approved to work on the organization of construction (if it is a general contractor) or all the necessary evidence SRO for admission to specific types of work that are the subject of purchase (if it performs work on their own).

This view is based on the provisions of p. 1 hr. 1, Art. 31 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. In accordance with this standard in the implementation of customer purchase including the condition that the participant must comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
