Russian Ministry will check compliance the Law about contract system in higher education institutions subordinate

Inspections will be conducted as part of institutional control exercised by the Ministry of Education of Russia on the basis of Article 100 of the Law on the contract system, the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.02.2014 № 89 "About approval of the Rules of institutional control in procurement for federal purposes" and the order of the Russian Ministry from 23.04.2014 № 398 "About Approval of the Regulations of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science of institutional control in procurement for federal purposes."

It is planned that all of 2015 will be conducted 79 inspections, of which 61 documentary check and 18 field audits.
