Head of Development Contract System Ministry of Economic Development, Maxim Chemerisov, has notified about the outcome of the interim federal contract system. Among other types of procurement electronic auctions prevail, and their share in 2014 rose steadily, exceeding 60%. Chemerisov says that stable development of electronic auctions its argument calls to implement as soon as possible, and other competitive procedures in electronic form - electronic requests for quotations, requests for proposals and tenders.
