The customer is not entitled to transfer part of the obligations under the contract concluded by the Law N 94-FL

According to the Russian Economic Development Ministry explaining the customer is not entitled to partially transfer the rights and obligations under the contracts concluded under the procurement notice on the implementation of which were posted on the official website before January 1, 2014. This provision also applies to contracts entered into before that date with a single supplier. This prohibition stems from the fact that the rules of the Federal Law of 21.07.2005 N 94-FL did not provide such an opportunity.
