Contracts will be typical

Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation establishes a working group to develop model contracts for work on the construction, design and engineering survey, which will include representatives of national associations of construction industry self-regulatory organizations.

In April 2013, signed the Federal Law №44-FL "About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs", which should replace the number 94-FL about public procurement. According №44-FL on the results of the procurement of goods, works and services for state or municipal needs is state or municipal contract, which contained all the terms of delivery of goods, works or services. Thus, in accordance with the law, there are a number of conditions that must necessarily be reflected in the contract.
