Ministry of Industry and Trade proposes to limit government purchases of goods manufactured outside the Customs Union countries: Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. This was announced by deputy head of the Ministry of TASS Viktor Evtukhov.
He explained that in order to put priority on goods released on the territory of the vehicle, you must "secure legal" definition of such goods, and now agencies are studying various options.
According Evtuhova, goods can be divided into two categories: the origin of which is obvious (for example, vegetable and animal origin) and technical products, the country of origin which will depend from the depth of localization.
In July 2014, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree prohibiting state and local government purchases of foreign cars, as well as special equipment. In November The Head of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov told reporters that these support measures should increase purchases of domestic cars per 100 thousand per year. Evtuhova recalled that similar measures are being worked out now with regard to medical equipment and medicines.
The volume of government and public procurement, without tendering companies with state participation, in 2013 estimated the Accounts Chamber of 6.5 trillion rubles.
