Intellectual activity purchase is carried out on the basis of Law N 44-FL

In p. 2, Art. 1 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL established a list of relations that are not subject to the provisions of this normative legal act. This list is closed. It does not mention the relations connected with the purchase of intellectual property, so called law regulated standards including the conclusion of license agreements, payment of interest on which is made from the budget.
