Planned to set the size of fines in case of delay in the fulfillment of obligations

Planned to establish the size of the fines, which the customer is required to pay the supplier (contractor, executor) in case of delay in fulfillment of the obligations under the contract shall not be less than 1/300 of the current at the date of payment of the Central Bank of Russian Federation refinancing rate on the unpaid loan amount.

Such changes p. 5, Art. 34 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL provided a draft federal law N 673497-6, which was submitted to the Duma December 10, 2014

Recall that the current penalties for late customer fulfillment of the obligations under the contract are set at 1/300 of the current at the date of payment of the Central Bank of Russian Federation refinancing rate on the unpaid loan amount (cp. 5, Art. 34 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44 FL). Thus, if these changes take effect, the law will be assigned only the minimum amount of fines.
